Welcome to Karl Ehmer's East Fishkill Pork Store. We are located in the Clove Valley Plaza on Route 55 in LaGrangeville, NY.
The plaza contains a pizzeria, a dance studio and a liquor store. In this plaza you can get anything you need for your dinner. So stop on in and visit us.

We pride ourselves in providing old fashioned friendly and knowledgeable service and good wholesome imported and domestic products that are hard to find. We feature a full service butcher shop and a cold cut case you'd be hard pressed to find elsewhere.
We are known for our authentic German cold cuts and speciality meats and carry a full line of Karl Ehmers Cold Cuts with many different varieties to choose from. We have 12 different Liverwursts, 8 kinds of Salami and 10 different kinds of Hams. We also carry a wide variety of European and domestic cheeses.
